Pacific Soul Records is the brainchild of San Francisco musician and producer Ray Wilcox, who led the legendary funk/soul outfits The Latrells and !Tang and also sang for noise pop pioneers Zircus. He continues to play with a number of Bay Area groups in styles as diverse as country, rock, soul and pop - all with a psychedelic twist. In addition to performing and recording, Wilcox also hosts a popular internet radio program (Uncle Ray's Psychedelic Soul) and is a well-regarded music educator.
